A turn-key Intelligent Automation based Project designed, developed, executed, certified and put in operation, on behalf of the Contractor TERNA and STASY (the Urban Transportation Organization of Athens) embeds the OCC (Operational Control Center), Telematics, Wireless Communications, IBIS, the track circuit’s 98 Smart Stations, Depot Management, Traffic Simulation, Preventive Maintenance, Scheduling & Roistering, Traffic Priority System, Passenger Information Systems, Tracking & Telematics, the CTC (Central Traffic Control), Command and Control, the RFID for Rolling Stock localization, the smart IoT devices network, the Interconnection & Interoperability of the rolling stock, on board systems interconnected with the Siemens & Areva Urban Traffic Signalling Systems to manage the traffic priority functionality.

The functionalities of this fully automated and real time integrated solution extended to cover the entire National territory and its routing and distribution operations through 640 sheduleing programs, the money armored car fleet’s tracking, safety, security  & control, the regional mail sorting & distribution centers, the commnad & control, the vehicles’ robberies monitoring, the fleet of 600 mail trucks and their drivers rostering.

Crisis & Emergencies Management System

This System is supported by a special GIS/GPS System and a number of custom applications designed for the Airport’s requirements & specific functionalities. It provides Real Time information per second to the Airports Management of any event or action securing a high level reliability for intervention, command & control, from the various security & contingency services of the Organization’s Authority. 

This Solution provides an Integrated Automation System guaranteeing a sustainable remote supervision command & control of various actions and functionalities to manage the entire Park of Wind – Energy units installed and operated in Karystos of Evia Island. This State-of-the-Art technological solution covers all the operational needs and demands of the Company for a complete remote supervision & control

of ten Wind – Energy units Remotely from their Athens headquarters.

Hail Protection Automated Solution

This integrated Automated solution was installed in especially designed sound shooting "guns" (sound waves of pressurized air) triggering the ignition of acetylene gas released by each gun, installed in each of the 94 stations located in agricultural sites throughout Greece. This air wave shoots in the air at 100s of thousands of meters height against any threatening Hail-Bearing cloud. The communication and activation of any one unit occurs wirelessly from the operational Control Centre in real time using telematics. The functionalities and other operational tasks are performed by signals & commands transmitted or exchanged through a network of smart IoT sensors under the supervision of a Scada System and PLC controllers. A high level software engineering suit of programs bundles up the complete solution.
